Exporting FCP sequence into after effects

I was wondering what the professional workflow is from FCP to After Effects. I am working with the latest versions of FInal Cut studio and CS5 and am currently trying to export my FC sequence into After Effects. I've seen posts on coding to assist the workflow but they seem extreme and time consuming. Does anyone recommended programs like "Automatic Duck" and "Boris Transfer" to make this task easier. Thanks in advance for any help... Much appreciated.

If that does not work for you automatic duck is awesome. It works everytime

I recommend Automatic Duck.

However, I rarely import an entire sequence into AE. Most of the time you're better off just exporting part of your sequence out of FCP, work with it in AE, render, then replace in FCP.

If you have the CS5 Production Suite you can export a FCP Xml then import that into Premiere Pro CS5. then open that in AE CS5.http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/switch/
