recently, i have bene making 2-3 minute shorts, and when i export it, it liek 150 mbs, whats the best setting to export full res, but keep it 10-50 mbs? thanks

In Quicktime conversion:
Use H.264...make sure your frame rate is 24fps (or current)...set your bitrate around 2400kbps (including sound using AAC around 128kbps). A minute at 2500 kbps, 1280 X 720 with sound should come to about 18 MB per minute of video encoded. 2 minutes should come to around 36MB and 3 minutes around 54MB.

Don't let the bitrate setting go to "auto"...which is probably what is happening.
