exporting a huge file

Hello

I have this video on my timeline wich is about an hour long (around 12 gig). but when I try to export this bad boy (on avi), it always come up with "your disc is full" message. but when I check on my disc's space it says I have 65 gig of free space. It makes no sense. Am I missing something? Am I asking to much from my computer? Please enlighten me.

If your HD is FAT32 formated, it can not have files bigger than 4 GB (less than 20 minutes of DV25 AVI). You have to reformat the drive (and loose everything on it) with NTFS.
