Exporting a Frame

Hi. I need to export a couple of frames as Jpegs or tiffs (or some form of Still Image). The problem is that my footage is 16:9 and whenever i export still image it goes 4:3. I can't see any setting anywhere to control this. Can somebody please help!!?? Many thanks, Jez

Get a grip. Pony up to some independent learning and purchasing!!!

Here's what I'd do.

Open the pic in QT player ... APPLE-J to open the properties, select video track unselect the aspect ration preserve and type in what you want.

Then FILE - EXPORT... movie to picture... Jpeg... done.

Sheesh.
