Exporting 720P with black bars on top and bottom

I just finished my first commercial shot on 720 24p (1280x720) and I've decided to take a first stab at the edit myself. How can I export with added black bars on the top and bottom so the image doesnt get stretched when I upload it to square canvas like the upload window for youtube or myspace? Thanks!

On my last edit, I didn't have to do anything because it was shot on DV NTSC 24P stretched and the black bars just appeared while I was editing and on my export. (720x480)

You'd nest the edit into a 720x480 NTSC sequence- it should automatically letterbox. If not option click on the nested sequence and mess with the distort tab settings.

Thanks Noah. This was my first time working with P2. I wasn't the cinematographer but wanted to try my first HD edit. I watched your P2 workflow DVD last night. It will stay right next to my DVD player for easy reference.
