Exporting 50 clips.

Como's back. back again
Hey guys,

I have students preform 50 exercises.

In my final cut timeline, I am editing all 50 clips, in the same timeline.

My client wants the following:

When you go to the website, you should see 50 links. Every link is the exercise the students preform.

Each exercise is roughly 8-15 seconds long.

Right now, I'm editing it just in one time line. When I'm done, I'm going to want to export each exercise as one clip. So in the end, I'll have 50 different clips.

What's the best way to export this? Deleting all the clips except the one I want, then export, then undo and go to next clip? Or just make 50 sequences?

Here's os an image of my timeline, each green marker indicating the next exercise. I have about 30 done so far.

Thanks!

Yeah depends how you are exporting them. If you are using compressor you do it through compressor and if you are doing quicktime conversion even easier.

I wonder if you could nest your timeline, then as you go through to set your in/out, drag form your canvas to the batch export window.. that way instead of doing 50 in/outs and 50 exports, you'll do 50in/outs but all will export at once...?
