Exporting 16x9 anamophic to quicktime

Hey -
I've been exporting my anamorphic movie with a black MATT - so the quicktime is square with a black matt on the top and bottom. I know there is a way to change the size on the quicktime file so it will be 16x9 without the matt but I don't know what size to make it. I keep experimenting but it always seems off slightly. In my timeline I have 720/480 NTSC-DV (3:2) FRAME SIZE - the anamorphic box is checked. Does anyone know what size i should export the quicktime movie?

Someone has to know this!!!
I have the same issue and when I did a search I got this.
It's been unanswered since January and I know someone knows it!
Any one out there have an answer?
