I'm supposed to do color correcting for a project that was cut in the latest Premiere, and I'm using FCP 6 myself (haven't learned Color just yet).
The project was shot and edited in XDCam HD format (1280x720). Working in another city, the editor was a little unsure about the export Quicktime options of Premiere. I know FCP 6 supposedly supports XDCam HD format with plug-in from Sony, but our back up plan is that I get the material in Quicktime format too.
Which Quicktime option to use from Premiere? I don't know the options available from latest Premiere, so I was hoping if someone could help? I'm thinking Uncompressed Quicktime, but our editor says there's only anamorphic HD and DVC-PRO HD available for Quicktime?
The footage was shot with Sony's EX-1, which I remember has native 16:9 sensor, so I guess the anamorphic HD Quicktime option is not the one...?
