Exporting 11 minutes

Hey guys, my friend has an 11 minute video, and he wants to use Sorenson. He wants the video the best as best quality as it can, but stay under the 200MB limit. Should Sorenson be the best for this video? He tried Sorenson and Sorenson 3, and the video was over 500 mb. What is the best way to export this, under 200 mb, but great quality?
 
i've found the best way to compress is to play with the bit rate until you have your file compressed to whatever your limit max is.

11 Minutes under 200mb??? What size do you want it? You can get some great video right out of FCP.

File - Export - QT Conversion...

Change default to Broadband High or even LAN and then hit OPTIONS to adjust SIZE only... leave everything else alone.

This movie was encoded at 480x270 and scaled UP on the website... h.264 still looks great even scaled.
