Exported clip with interlaced artifact

Hi, I edited this DVC Pro HD video for my project, but once I exported it i get interlaced image like this...
9rpn5e.jpg

The interlaced image will only appear during the motion of any object. When the motion is still, the interlace will disappear.

I have tried different sequences, export setting but i still have the same result. Have any one ever encounter this kind of problem? Please let me know the solution. Thanks

use the deinterlace in the export option or use a deinterlace plugin like magic bullet frames or revision fieldskit in the sequence. otherwise shoot progressive and work in a progressive project.

the problem is i shot this clip on progressive and worked with a progressive sequence...but when exported the clip still shows interlace.
The field order on export i already set it to (none) progressive. I wonder if there are any other options??

What was the footage, exactly? 720p? 1080i? 24p? 24pA? What were your Sequence settings? How exactly did you export?

It's normal to only see interlacing when there's motion, because the only reason interlacing shows is if an object is in a different position between fields. If it isn't, everything lines up.

Never use a deinterlace filter on progressive footage. You'll just be throwing away resolution needlessly, and if it's 24p, you can make a big mess of it. If it's progressive, it doesn't need to be deinterlaced; it just needs to be handled properly. :)

so I am working with AVCHD footages 1080p 30 fps, I convert them to DVC Pro HD
In premiere 4.1 I use DVC Pro HD sequence with 1080p 29.76.
When i export the clip I use H.264 format. I did not use any deinterlace effect or software. the preview in premiere looks totally ok, but once I export it, the image turns interlace during motion.
Please help me with the problem, it's driving me crazy. Also let me know if you need any further information.

I tried both 24p and 30p....
I also tried to exported to different formats such as mov, mpeg2, 4....but somehow it sill show interlace~
