Export to WMV

Can anyone give me some tips on how or what software I need to export or convert to WMV?

I've posted all sorts of MOV files (h263/h264) yet I still have a subset of Windows users, even with the latest QT7, that can't view them.

As a last resort I need to export/convert to WMV.

Any suggetions?

Done WMV 9 HD also. I use Flip4Mac all the time. Mostly to import WMV files that clients give me. Microsoft just doesn't want WMV to run on Macs for some werid reason.
