Export to tape (back to DVX100A)

Hi

I'm trying to export my finished movie back to DV on my DVX100A the whole movie exports perfectly except there are some problems with my titles in that they are really low quality (they were created in Photoshop and saved as PSD).

When I output to DVD the titles are fine but when they go out to DV they are very poor.

I pulled the footage I output in to Final Cut Pro and that shows some horizontal bars across the screen when it is black.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can output my movie to DV and retain the quality I'm looking for.

theres a few people having the horizontal bar issue lately. ive never had it yet, but from what i can discrern so far, it seems that one possibility is that it might be associated with importing graphical elements into the scene. are the bars there when viewed as a DV/AVI on the computer? are you preforming a key of some sort wherethe bars are? are they there the whole time or only part.. if only part, whats different about the editig of those parts?
