Export to stills-edit in Photoshop and import?

I need to cut out some background images and am trying this like the post on uprezzing by disjecta. When I bring in the stills they don't have the right time to play right. Any ideas?
 
Make sure when you bring the stills back into FCP that they are 1 frame each.
I know in Premeire the default "import stills" setting is 5 seconds!....
 
I have been playing with the settings. It looks good now with the minimum setting. When you drag in the stills it loads them backwards in sequence. I have to put a reverse motion setting on them to make them correct.
