export to mini dv

I am obviously new at this, but was wondering if someone could tell me how to export my final cut video sequence to another blank mini dv tape. I shot with a dvx 100b and have a small sony handycam as a deck, if that matters. Please help me with this.

file-print to video and then your going to get a black box as if you were capturing and you are stuck while it exports back onto your tape. If your using a cheap camera for a deck or any camera you will loose some quality.
