"Export to DVD" ALWAYS FREEZES!

Which version of Premiere are you running? 1.5? 1.5.1? 2?

How long is your project? What is your system running.

I haven't used Export to DVD that much, but I have had some problems with it too. Does it always freeze in exactly the same point, or just roughly?
 
I'm not sure about the problem except that if I were you, I would record on rewriteable discs until your sure you got it down right.

Yeah, this bug really pissed me off back in the day. Last year I had a project delayed a week because of it (That was PPro 1.0). I used the original workaround, which was change the exe file name, and disable hyperthreading on your motherboard. It is nice to know that Adobe has a proper fix now.
