Export squished... what am i doing wrong?

Just updated everything... one new issue is that when I export 720pn footage it's squished.

I check letterbox but it dosen't give me one and the image is squished.

I know it's just user error but I cant figure it out in eith export to quicktime or using commpressor.

Can anyone write me out the steps to take to correctly export my footage?
