Export Size

I've been doing a show for 4 years now, and every show for the past 3 years is around 4.7 gig EACH when I export using Quicktime Movie (it's a 23 minute show with effects and graphics)

This year, being the SAME time and template, and same amount of graphics...is now over 10gigs after export. Same camera, same footage, same time line. I'm using Pro Res 4222 to render.

Why is this happening?

What is the frame size, frame rate, codec, and bitrate? Open an old video an a new one and compare those values between the two.

Same frame size, same frame rate, same codec, and I'll have to check the bit rate.
