Export Settings...

So I have Captured some 24PA squeeze Footage and have cut it no problem. Now it's time to export it. I was wondering what anyone else has done. I want to export it as 16:9 and 24P. Does anyone know what the export Settings should be to do this? Thanks.
 
Yes I did. Well I used the Squeeze mode on the DVX100B and then I created a 16:9 Seq. In FCP. It looks fine when I am editing then when I export using current settings it is squeezed. So I just exported a quicktime movie at Frame size 1280 by 720 but it was a HDTV 720p 16:9 Setting. The video I shot is not HD but It seems to work. Any thoughts?
