export settings in premiere pro cs3

i never exported in this format before so is this the settings i would use to export in 24p?

anyone please!!!! i have a project waiting to be exported from a 24p timeline and need to know the correct settings to export 24p.
 
What are you exporting for? DVD? Web? Storage? The answer to your question will vary widely depending on what your needs are. For a DVD out that setting is fine (except you need to toggle 4:3 or 16:9 depending on the source footage and turn on Multiplexer in the Audio menu).
