export settings for dvx100b+letus extreme

i posted this question in the dvx category and wasnt sure if it was more appropriate for this forum so here it is again.
what export settings in FCP should i choose if I am importing 24P advanced footage from my dvx100b+letus extreme adapter? I'd like to have the best quality possible for dvd and for uploading to websites for online viewing as well.
 
Best possible? you need to send it to compressor and find settings in there that suit your needs. There's some presets that work just fine for DVD, but you also have the option to tweak anything you wish...
