Export Setting for Mini DV

Hello, can someone please tell me wich are the best export setting from a mini dv format? I know its have to be 720x480, but waht else? I dont want to be recompressing my video.
I usually export from Final Cut Pro to After.
Please help me.

Either save out as DV (no-recompression) or in animation (high quality). This is lossless so you don't lose any quality. This is best if you're going to go through multiple steps. It also holds an alpha channel.
 
well usually 720x576 and microsoft DV encoding for 4:3. but I don't know how your camera treats 16:9
