Export Question

I have made a project with footage of both HDV 1080i 60i and Standard Widescreen 24f, what is the best export settings that I can use in the Adobe Media Encoder to output the best quality.

The footage in my timeline after I render it looks gorgeous, I mean beautiful High Def, but once I export it, the quality drops quite a bit, I have messed with the Adobe Media Settings a bit and I have gotten somewhat close, but not to what I want.

So what are the best settings I can use to get the BEST QUALITY!
