Export problem

Exporting from FCP to play from a laptop onto a projector.

Most of the vid looks good but when there's fast motion across the screen I get little horizontal lines in part of the image (perhaps interlacing?)

The footage was shot on a dvx at 24p - edited in FCP - not sure on QT export whether I should check interlaced or progressive and whether I should check de-interlace. Of course I'm not sure if any of the abve will make any difference.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
 
Sounds like you might need to add a de-interlacing filter to your clips. Or for clips with the fast motion, you might need a very small amount of blur to clear that up.
