Export Mp4 Video From Compressor

Can anyone please tell me what are the best settings in exporting footage (footage shot on the dvx100a at 24p) from FCP to compressor. I mean, in compressor what are the best pre-sets for setting something for mp4. All those presets look very crapy.
 
Depends on what you plan to do with that MP4 file. Web download, web streaming, CD, iPod, just to run on a computer, what? And you can always make your own preset, too.
