Export issues!

I usually shoot 720p24pn from my HVX, edit in FCP and export using quicktime (current settings) to for my animator. He then will add graphics and export it back to me. By this time it looks like crap (video noise, loss of detail). Could someone give me the best export options from Final Cut, and if known, the best export options from After Effects in order to keep the image as perfect as possible. Thank you so much!

You should export Quicktime Movie (not conversion), current settings, check make movie self contained, but recompress all frames should not be checked. This will export your sequence without any additional compression (unless you have unrendered effects, in which case they will be rendered as it outputs).
