Export for DVD yields mixed results

So, I finally finished my movie.
I edited both 24p (not 24pa) and 60i in the same timeline (29.97), exported via M2V in compressor for DVD Studio Pro.

Once viewed (and burned) in DVD Studio Pro, the quality is compromised a little bit. The picture below show what I'm talking about.
