Export > FLV makes AE 7 hang/crash

I need to export using the export>flv option to give the files I am making to the web guy at work, with alpha channels. It should be so simple as to go to export > flv and enable "export with alpha channel", but once I hit OK AE freezes up/turns white. I tried flv export without alpha, same thing. My job depends on exporting with the alpha channel to flv format...what could be wrong?

Pentium D (3/3 ghz)
2 gig RAM
nvidia 6200 turbo cache
XP SP 2
 
Export it as a Quicktime or AVI Uncompressed with the alpha channel, then run it into the macromedia Flash video encoder if you have it.

If you dont have the macromedia Flash video encoder seperate...than... You could try Riva-FLV encoder, I'm not sure if it handles Alpha channels though.

AFX can be kinda crappy with ram useage. I would try lowering your "ram useage while rendering" percentage from 120 to 90 to see if it makes it less crash-tastic.
