Export FCP5 to idvd, best codec?

What's the best way to export a 20 minute project to idvd to have the highest quality picture/sound on a dvd?
 
Try exporting Quicktime (not with conversion) and make it not self contained, then import into iDVD. iDVD should convert it into the highest quality format possible for the DVD (only a guess, I know DVDSP does it, not sure about iDVD).
 
thanks daustin... does anyone know if idvd will read a file exported to compressor (.mpv) and would this be better quality if so?
