(sorry for my bad english but I'm from sweden. I hope you all anderstand me, if not tell me)

Hi!

I'm editing with Avid Xpress Pro HD and are thinking about to buy After Effects but is afraid with exporting between the programs.

Which format should I use to export from Avid to After Effects and then from After Effects to Avid?
If I have maked an effect in After Effects which format skould I use for best quality when I shall export it to Avid?

QuickTime Reference file from AVID and then into AE. That's the least "nerve-breaking" solution.
