EXPORT advice needed in premiere

Need some help with exporting options in premiere. I am working on editing a short film and also a friends wedding.
Film was shot mov 1080p 24fps/40
Wedding was shot 1080p 30fps/60
Both at 50mbps

I am overwhelmed with all the export options and looking for best codec to use. Should i be using h.264 w presets?
For the wedding i want to send bride and groom high quality copy on thumb drive that they can view. For film...i want to upload to vimeo but also use to enter some film festivals. Any advice would be great! Thanks

Hit the button marked "Queue". It will launch Media Encoder. Choose the Vimeo !080 preset, and that should be fine for most of your needs.

File > Export > Media

Choose "H.264" as FORMAT and then scroll through the Presets dropdown menu. At the bottom is a VIMEO preset of "VIMEO 1080p HD". The default frame rate is 29.97, so you'll need to change that to 23.976 for the film using the dropdown options.

There are also "HD 1080p" presets that might work for the thumb drive delivery versus online (Vimeo, YouTube) presets. HD 1080p will have a higher data rate. Make yourself some short samples using different presets and compare file size and quality and decide what you like.

Ok. Thanks for the advice. My other question is what do i do for film if i shot in different frame rates for certain parts? Most of the footage is 24/40 but i did do some 60/120 with the intention of using for some slow motion stuff. How do i approach that?
