Im pretty new to working with HD and the SXS format... im just wondering what the process is of importing the files that have come from the SXS card to my HD, into FCS2 as 'offline' (lower res) so that it is quicker to cut it together....(imac)

Ive seen a tutorial of how to do it on tape based captures but it must be different when importing files straight from the cards/HD/camera etc.
