Posing something like that as entertainment is really messed up. Talk about disconnected. Coming from Japan, really doesn't surprise me though.

Some things can be chalked up to "cultural differences".
Some things are just wrong.
This is the latter.

Unless this guy signed on to the "Have Terrorists/Criminals Come in Shooting Show".
 
I can't even laugh. I mean to think what must be going through thier heads when this happens. I mean a practical joke that makes you worried is one thing, but one where you literally think you will die!? I mean wow... that's a sick sense of humor.
 
I watched one a while back where they staged an entire gun fight with exploding cars in a parking lot on a woman.... freaked her out...
