Evil Dead

No offense to you Gillvane. BUT THATS LAME!! How can you take one of the best low budget horror films ever made, and ruin the charm of it with a remake. I'm straight up boycotting this film, even if it were from the same producers.

AHH, didn't see that thread, but it seems many others feel the same as I do. I still find it offensive that any filmmaker, director, producer would be so conceeded to think they could make a better evil dead, And I don't care what the budget, or how many cgi effects they can squeeze a minute. It's nothing more than an abortion of innovative creativity. For what the original had to work with, tool and budget wise, and were still able to pull of making the film, is the reason so many have so much respect for the film, never mind the zaney acting, How could anyone even feel they could come close to matching that performance is beyond me.

The more I think about it, this is nothing more than a way to profit off a younger generation, one thats likely never heard of evil dead, they will go watch and think it's an original film with awesome cgi. haha
