Event Crop Pan Window - help

I don't know what I did, but I screwed something up. An event, crop pan window used to open up when I selected this on a particular clip. Now when I select this function, the event, crop, pan opens as a tab area in the same place the media generators and other tabs are. This makes it difficult to work with.

How do I undo what I did?

When the window opens with all the other tabs, you can actually drag that window from the tabs back to a hovering window.
 
I have tried to drag with no success.
When I open Vegas, there is not even an ECP tab with the others. As soon as I select this from an event, the tab and window appear with the others.

Got it! Thanks!
Did not realize the cursor will only drag if you place directly on the 5 or 6 small vertically aligned dots located in the top left beneath the track number.
