Even bright lighting in MTV, How to accomplish this?

Hi Guys,

I'll be playing around with Metal Halide as a cheap alternative to expensive HMIs.
I want this even and natural look in MTVs. How do you set this up?

Will 2 Metal halide 400 watts (40,000 lumens each), total of 800W (80,000 lumens) suffice?
Like 2 Big foamcore to bounce the lights off to get even coverage.

The best way to find out is to try.

It looks like in those videos they are creating a very large soft light source. So either bouncing off of foam board or shooting through large diffusion panels.
