Europe lights to USA (110 to 220)

I'm going to USA from Europe with my light kit. By default it works with 220 50hz so I need voltage converter.
My 4 lights kit is with dimmer and Osram Studioline 55W/5600 Fluorescent Lamp x2. So I need 110W for each.
What would be your recomendations? Take one powerfull transformer and feed lights from him or smaller ones for each lamp?
Compact solutions what I found are up to 100w... maybe you have concrete examples?

What about lights it self won't I have flickering filming at 25fps? won't there be issues at specific shutter speed?

David, I was planing to rent, bu we get good price for big luggage and considering this option.
You mean there could be flickering even at 25 fps 1/50?
Nobody tried this?:)

How long do you need them for? A lot of rental companies I know of would probably be willing to send out a couple kinos for a week for the rate of a single day, as long as they're available. I really don't think a cheap transformer is going to be suitable, by the time you spend the money on one that you can rely on for production (and electronic ballasted fluorescent fixtures) you'd be better off renting 120v fixtures.
