allegedly, cops in that area have a habit of being loose with their tasers in that area... lots of reports and a recent federal appeals court ruling limiting taser use by police after the court ruled that a police officer used excessive force (in one case where the guy sued the police) on an unarmed, non-violent suspect.
I read an unconfirmed report that one of the police involved in the bearded man tasing at the game had been fined for excessive force in a different incident.
That's not to excuse that bearded man obviously has some serious issues. Both of them probably egged each other on... but, old guy did move to the front of the bus. other guy went up hit him. all bets are off at that point.
I love the camera girl putting out her little rebuttal video defending herself saying she didn't steal the bag, etc (she is seen taking the old man's bag after he gets off the bus), yet you can clearly tell she is the one telling the young guy to "bust his ass" as her phone camera shakes with her foot stomping during the statement, etc.
Silly people....
In other news a 54 year old woman was tased by police at a football game. they said she was blocking the isle, in the wrong seat and kicked them, but none of the videos available are supporting the police account. Woman also had a double knee replacement, was held down on her stomach and tased in the back, then removed in a wheelchair and arrested. sounds like she was going to sue as well...
