anyone watch entourage on hbo?
i think its hilarious! a great comedy show about hollywood and its players, agents, actors, publicists, directors, producers, etc...
hilarious stuff!

haven't seen the any second season yet but i got sucked into the first season and watched it all in one day on demand. fun stuff. i loved val kilmer as the stoner drug dealer. and pivens as the agent is hilarious.
 
yeah i just started watching it this season...
it got 3 emmy nods i believe...
hes friggin funny as hell in that role!

HBO original series' are alwayse well produced.

what ever happened to Carnivale? is it still goin strong?

Some really good writing, I've been on the phone, trying to get ahold of my friend, I watched it last sunday and wanted to watch it again...I don't have hbo where I'm staying now...
 
and the hbo shows, if you miss it... its on like 10 other times later the same night and the next day! or so it seems...

man tonights episode was probably my fav so far...

the funny thing is, I never watch tv, but I definitely set aside time for this show.

To add to what ttt has said, if you've got digital cable and hbo on demand, they put each week's episode up, along with the previous 6 or 7. Excellent stuff.

no idea about carnivale, but yeah hbo is killing it. do other cable channels even try and make original series' too? i have no idea. hbo is the only extra 'movie channel' i have in addition to basic cable.

i agree with you dj, i dont really watch tv except the news, but now this program has got me hooked. kept hearing conversations about it! regarding the most recent episode, james cameron leaving 10 min into the screening was pretty damn funny. and $10k to the first one down the hill on the snowboard? lol... classic.
