Ensuring a safe location

So heres the deal... My friend and I have stubmled upon this abandoned warehouse that we want to use for an upcoming music video were shooting. Its completely open (no boarded doors or windows) so you can drive right up to it. Its a fantastic location with very unique features on the inside (office desks, raised floors, missing tiles). While we were there what concerned us is we found a couple black widow spiders, the possibilty of asbestos from the open ceiling tiles, and the strength of the building since we'll have loud playback and drums playing.

We want to band and crew to be as safe as possible while on the shoot. What do you guys reccomend we do to ensure a safe shoot?

oh yeah we have not contacted the owner of the building yet but we are planning on it.

probably should just contact him first, hell have the info on the buildings safety, and if needed, he will be the one who will have to contact the city to see if its safe. Maybe offer to pay for the inspection and if it passes then you pay and use it, if it fails, then well, idunno. :P
