ENG-44 with HVX200

Hi,
Just purchased the Sign Video ENG-44 for use with HVX200. Wondering what the best way to connect the mixer to the camera is, to obtain the best audio, i.e. which inputs on the camera are best to use? The mixer has 2 xlr outs which are line level so i'm not sure if I should go into the camera using the xlr inputs 1 & 2 or get an adapter and use the camera's line in/out which i've never used. Thanks.

What adapter? You can switch the xlr inputs from mic to line, but it´ll stay xlr...

I meant an adapter to convert the xlr to rca so I can plug into the camera's line in/out.

Just plug it in the HVX´s XLR and switch to line, no need to use the RCAs...
