Encore is driving me insane!

I made chapter markers in Premiere and created the thumbnail for each chapter. I created a menu in Photoshop, imported it into Encore and I am now stuck on the chapter selection screen I created. How do I add each chapter that I created with the chapter points in Premiere and bring it into Encore? I am very confused and frustrated.
 
My cousin figured it out. Sort of. It took him HOURS just to get the chapters working. I watched him do it a bit and it just seemed wrong. The process to do it was so frustrating. He was typing in commands like (+1) and stuff like that. I can't explain it too well, but I mean, there must be an easier way to do this?

After burning everything, there was no cursor highlighting any of the chapters. We did everything manually through commands and whatnot. I need to figure out a way to do this an easier way... Or is that the correct way?
