Didn't know where also to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place...


Why can't I load Library Content in Encore CS6? I've downloaded from Adobe and did what the instructions said (point Encore to the location of library content that's been downloaded) but still no dice. Help?
 
There is a problem with the library installer for Encore--much discussion in the Encore forum on the manufacturers website.
They most certainly are working on it . . . no word on when a solution will be available (but you can bet it's getting priority as everybody is affected).

BTW, the CS6 install, if I'm getting this right, also wipes out the 5.5 library which, of course, makes it difficult to copy those resources over to CS6.
