Encore CS5 "Internal Software Error" when building DVD

hey gang.

I'm trying to burn some wedding edits with Encore using a project setting that i've used before, but for the first time ever, whenever i try to build project and burn to a DVD i get this message:

I've never had this message before and there isn't a hell of alot of information when i googled it. Anyone have something similar happen to them and found a way to fix it?

I should mention that i have tried a new encore project and building the dvd all over again. I tried re exporting the video file where encore is telling me there is an error, but nothing is working.

I had vob error and others adobe needs to come out with a program that stops bitching and does it's job. Lots of my friends gave up on it and learned other programs out there. I am leaning that way as well soon. I checked online on ur troubles I also contacted the lame adobe customer service and to no avail unfortunatly.
