Encore and Premiere Pro CS3

I was wondering if there was a way to link buttons in Adobe Encore CS3 to a timeline in Adobe Premiere CS3?

I'm making a DVD consisting of 50 short video clips, and I'd rather not render each clip out and then add it to the timeline. It would be great if Encore could render from the Premiere timeline.
 
you can add chapter markers in Premiere that Encore will honor.

check the help file (F1 remember?) for chapter markers.

Easy, Go to the point on the timeline, select the "Marker|Insert Encore Chapter Marker" menu.

when done, select "File|Export|Export to Encore".

done.

As an addendum to that, you can right-click on each marker and add a Chapter Name. That also will transfer over to Encore, and if you've got the "Sync Button Text and Name" option enabled in Preferences, those chapter names will automagically be applied to the buttons you create/link. Saves a lot of time, and it's much easier to do in PPro than in Encore, I find... especially if you have a lot of buttons to create.
