I want to make a professionnal double layer DVD (PAL) using ENCORE. The original video is in Prores full HD 444. I feel that letting ENCORE do the transcoding is the amateur way of handling this issue. It also takes a lot of time. I would like to transcode the video once and for all into a ENCORE usable format. What format and settings should I convert the video into before importing it into ENCORE?
