Encoding HDV project to ".mov" with h.264 w/ 10 Mbps bitrate - suggestions?

I have a film I exported from FCP7 that I need to convert. The specs are:

It needs to be ProRes or H.264 codec (I'm leaning towards H.264 for size - since I need to upload the full film)
Can be .mov or .mp4 package
Bitrate needs to be 10Mbps

Would my best bet for doing this be Compressor? Any idea if there's a preset for this? Is the "H.264 10.3Mbps" my best bet, although it says for HD DVD?
