My Sg Pro slid off my rails and hit a hard wood floor. Yeah I was at fault completely. Needless to say, the ground glass fails to spin. I dissected it and it looks as if the ground glass motor is shot. I think the shaft is bent. Everything else looks fine. Need to replace the GG/Motor unit.
My problem is that I've sent two emails to SG PRO team (they have no phone listed) and no one has returned my emails or called. This really bites. Does anyone have a clue as to what's going on? Any phone number out there I can call? It's unlike them to not get back. Are they on vacation or go out of business?
Any clue would be a big help. I use this on jobs all the time and dreaded the day something went wrong and can't get through to customer service.
Help.
