Emergency request...!

This is a lot to ask here. But are there any NYC based members here who own the panasonic anamorphic adapter who would be willing to let me borrow it for a 3 day shoot in a few weeks?

The guy who's camera I was borrowing for my shoot sold his recently and I already shot the majority of my film using it. Have some re-shooting to do the third week in May and I'm in a bind now. My budget is tied up elsewhere in the film. Would appreciate anyone who is generous and kind to get in touch with me about this. I'd be willing to sign a "you break it, you buy it" contract with you.

I recall speaking with a dealer/rental house in NYC that was renting the anamorphic adapter when it first came out. (I can't remember who it was now.) You may want to go that route if no one responds. (You may also want to offer a cash deposit to someone who lends their gear to you.)

Thanks for the suggestion Peter. I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to be able to borrow someone's lens. They can even babysit it on set if they like! lol...

Barring that though, does anyone in NYC know what rental house he's referring to?
