my editor cannot drag the .mov I sent her on her timeline for whatever reason. the .mov, 4 mins long, 88MB large, turns into a thumbnail/still once dragged into the timeline on her computer. we check the sequence setting, it's just DV-NTSC. we have done it before and it wasn't a problem.. any reason why??
I cut my .mov on FCP 5 and I don't know which version hers' is, though not sure if that would cause a problem since we did it successfully before.
