I managed to send a thumb-nail size video clip embedded in an email to myself and friends in Australia. The 106 second clip was compressed to 1.9 MB and played flawlessly.
I have the email in my computer mail program which I could send to anyone interested.
Just email me at: jrpcan@mindspring.com
Unfortunately, I'm in my 74th year and have completely forgotten how I managed the feat!
BTW, the video was shot handheld with the Panasonic HMC150 camera.
Cheers,
John
